This is a brand new never used Phillip Casey low port solid mouth bit. There is some light surface rust but the bit has never been in a horses mouth. Phillip Casey is a maker out of Anson, Texas. This bit was 100% handmade. It was cut formed and finished by hand. No pre made or pre cut pieces were used in the making of this bit. It is mounted with 12 pieces of silver and a silver flower with a copper center. The flower is engraved and the bars have wriggling on each. This neat little bit has a good amount of weight to it. It is marked CASEY 258.
